Membership agreement

01Parties and subject

This agreement has been established electronically between Çifçioğlu Eğitim Nakliye Yağ Pellet İthalat İhracat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Company”), the operator of the www.catlitterhk.com website, and the real person who is a member of the site (“Member”), in order to determine the terms of use of membership services.

02Membership

Membership is free. To become a member, you must be over 18 years old and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in the registration form. Membership begins with approval of the registration form. You can shop without being a member; Membership provides conveniences such as order tracking, address storage and favorites.

03Member's obligations

04Rights and obligations of the company

The Company provides its membership services with reasonable care; may temporarily suspend the service due to maintenance, updates or technical requirements. In case of use contrary to this agreement, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the membership. Reviews may be checked for compliance with content guidelines before publication.

05Intellectual property

The texts, guides, photographs, videos, logo and design on the site belong to the Company or are used under license. It cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission, except for short quotations by citing the source.

06Personal data and messages

In disputes, the law of the Republic of Türkiye applies; Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in consumer transactions.
