Withdrawal, cancellation and refund conditions

01Brief summary

• 14 days You can withdraw without giving any reason.
• Unopened packages can be returned; Opened cat litter cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• All costs of defective, damaged or incorrectly sent products belong to us.
• Your money will be returned to us at the latest after your notification reaches us. 14 days is returned within.

02Cancellation before shipping

If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it from My Account › My Orders or by writing to info@catlitterhk.com. The cost of the canceled order will be refunded on the same day.

03How do I exercise my right of withdrawal?

1. Notify me within 14 days from delivery via My Account › My Orders › “Return request” or by e-mail to info@catlitterhk.com. You can also use the form below.
2. Deliver the product to Yurtiçi Cargo branch within 10 days from the notification with the return code we will send you. You do not pay shipping fees for returns sent via this carrier.
3. Once the package reaches us and is checked, your payment will be refunded to the payment method you used within 14 days from the notification date.

04Return conditions

Packages to be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal unpackaged, unused and must be in resalable condition. In accordance with Article 15/1-ç of the Distance Contracts Regulation; The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products whose protective packaging has been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene.

For corporate purchases (the invoice is issued in the name of the company), a return invoice must be issued for returns.

05Defective, damaged or wrong product

If the package arrives damaged, make a report to the cargo officer before receiving it and send it to us with the photo. In case of defects discovered after delivery, even if you have opened the product, your optional rights in Law No. 6502 (withdrawal from the contract, price reduction, replacement with a defect-free equivalent) are reserved; All expenses are our responsibility.

06Payment refund

For payments made by card, the refund is made to your card in one go; The time it takes for the amount to be reflected in your account depends on your bank. For installment purchases, the bank may reflect the refund in installments. For payments via wire transfer / EFT, the refund will be made to the IBAN registered in your name, which you will notify.

When some of the products purchased within the scope of the campaign or coupon are returned, if the remaining amount does not meet the campaign condition, the refund amount is calculated by deducting the campaign discount.
